August 18, 2008 -- Tropical Storm Fay Alert at Our Main Offices

We wish to inform you that we are bracing for Tropical Storm Fay here in Boca Raton, FL today. The weather service has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for our vicinity and we are making preparations for that eventuality. If we do suffer the full force of the storm we may temporarily lose some or all of our communications network which will include our telephones and our Internet based services in particular our email and website.

We anticipate this situation to begin within the next 12 to 24 hours and continue for approximately another 24 hours once it commences. We have put in place two back-up systems for sustaining power and Internet, but we cannot guarantee they will be up and functioning throughout the storm and its aftermath.

Please be assured that we are doing everything that we can to sustain our ability to communicate with you and for you to reach us should the need arise.
