Seisma Oil Research, LLC Proudly Announces Col. Robert C. Gaylord Has Joined Their Advisory Board.

Seisma Oil Research, LLC has announced the appointment of a new advisory board member, Robert C. Gaylord, co-founder of Stratigent. A USAF Reserve Colonel, decorated combat veteran and Chairman of the New World Group, Robert currently serves as senior policy advisor to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff for Middle East, Latin America and the Global War on Terror. As an advisor to the President and Secretary of Defense following the events of 9/11, he was instrumental in setting up the international coalition against terror and organizing detainee operations in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

As the former Vice President of International Operations for Export Trade Partners, Inc.; President of Laptec Computers in Chile and CEO of International Research Group, Inc. Robert has extensive worldwide experience in business, political and intelligence analysis as well as strategic planning and organizational development. As a former U-2 reconnaissance pilot, an international airline captain, author, teacher and sought after speaker on world politics, Colonel Gaylord possesses a unique perspective on how world politics, international security and business strategy are impacted by today's new risk environment. He has a BS from the USAF Academy and an MBA/HRM from Gonzaga University.

:: Who Is Robert Gaylord?

Robert C. Gaylord, is Chairman of the New World Group and a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stratigent. Colonel Gaylord is 51 years old and was born in Eureka, California, on 10 February 1957. He graduated from Eureka Senior High School in June 1975 and earned a Congressional appointment to the United States Air Force Academy, Class of 1979. He graduated with academic and military honors in May of 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science, a minor in Engineering and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the AF.

:: Patriot

Now, a USAF Reserve Colonel, decorated combat veteran and Chairman of the New World Group. Robert currently serves as senior policy advisor to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff for Middle East, Latin America and the Global War on Terror. In 1985 he was selected as the youngest U-2/TR-1 Reconnaissance pilot in AF history. En route to Beale AFB, he attended Squadron Officer School in residence and was named a Distinguished Graduate. >From 1985 to 1988, he flew U-2 aircraft worldwide on sensitive, high altitude reconnaissance missions and spent considerable time working in the Mideast.

:: Concerned Citizen – Problem Solver

During heavy rains in California in 1986, the local area around Beale AFB flooded, leaving thousands homeless. With no one in charge, he quickly led volunteers and organized relief efforts ensuring that several hundred local civilian families had food, shelter and medical care. He was subsequently awarded the AF Humanitarian Service Medal for his efforts. Always finding the time to be active in the local community, he founded “A Woman’s Friend” crisis center to help women in domestic crisis. In 1997 the Board of Directors named him Volunteer of the Decade.

:: Military Advisor - Analyst

In 1992 he was chosen by the Secretary of the Air Force to be a senior politico-military advisor on the Mideast. In 1993 Colonel Gaylord was the first USAF analyst to identify Osama bin Laden as a threat to the US. In 1996 he attended the US Naval War College in Newport RI and taught the Joint Military Operations Course.

In July of 2002 Colonel Gaylord was awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal for his service to the nation since the attacks of September 11th. His other awards include two AF Meritorious Service Medals, two combat Air Medals, the Aerial Achievement Medal, three AF Commendation Medals, two AF Expeditionary Medals, the Combat Readiness Medal, the Small Arms Expert Pistol Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, four AF Outstanding Unit Awards and the Kuwait Liberation Medal. Colonel Gaylord resides in Hollywood, Florida.
