THE STORY BEHIND ENERMAX
EnerMax, Inc., a Texas corporation, was incorporated in April 2001. It was founded on the principles of integrity, honesty and hard work. It's mission is to provide maximum leverage on energy investments by offering its partners premium prospects at below industry standard prices.
One of the main goals of Ener Max is to create trusting relationships with those who become involved with the company. “I don’t believe Investors should have to pry information out of a company, especially when things don’t go exactly as planned. I pride myself on providing my partners with accurate information in a timely manner, especially year end tax information that pertains to the investments they’ve made,” says Bret Boteler, Founder and President of EnerMax.
EnerMax is also highly focused on protecting our Investors’ capital, as well as our own. Therefore, we have affiliated ourselves with individuals and organizations with long and significant industry experience. These affiliations are beneficial for the execution of our business plan.
Our strategy is to explore and develop oil and gas reserves through a drilling and geological alliance. We believe there must be synergy and long term efficiencies between the company’s drilling group and the geosciences group.
Growth of our company is measured not only in terms of assets under management, but also by our reputation within the industry.

GETTING TO KNOW ENERMAX MANAGEMENT
Mr. Bret Boteler, founder and President of EnerMax, has a diverse background in oil & gas as well as other business activities. Mr. Boteler, age 42, graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a BBA in Management. While there he participated in a Cooperative Education Program with General Dynamics, a major defense contractor based in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating, Mr. Boteler worked there for five years as a purchaser of high performance electronics for the F-16 Fighter. From 1991 to 1995, he worked for a local oil and gas firm that was involved in drilling vertical, horizontal and offshore wells. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Boteler served as Vice President of Client Relations for TBX Resources, a publicly traded oil and gas company specializing in production acquisition. In 1999, he founded Ghivit.com, Inc., a Dallas based company specializing in prepaid fuel and gift cards. In 2003, Ghivit.com was sold to a prominent Chicago- based company that dominates the prepaid fuel card industry. In 2001, Bret founded EnerMax, Inc. to capitalize on the growing demand for natural resources. Since then, he has been responsible for directing the company to acquire more than 2,000 square miles of 3- D seismic data along the Texas / Louisiana Gulf Coast.
